Why 360?
Common Signs
Scratching. Thumping. Chewing. Something Isn’t Right.
Maybe it started with strange noises in the attic at night. Maybe you noticed droppings in the garage, gnaw marks on your soffits, or a foul smell you can’t explain. Whatever tipped you off, one thing is clear: something has moved into your home that doesn’t belong there.
Wildlife in your home isn’t just unsettling — it’s a real threat to your property and your family’s health. Animals nesting in your attic, walls, or crawlspace can chew through wiring (creating fire hazards), tear apart insulation, contaminate living spaces with droppings and urine, and carry diseases and parasites including rabies, histoplasmosis, fleas, ticks, and mites.
The longer wildlife stays, the worse the damage gets — and the more expensive the repairs become. That’s why 360 Pest Solutions responds quickly, inspects thoroughly, and resolves your wildlife problem safely and completely.

How We Solve Your Wildlife Problem
Our Three-Step Wildlife Removal Process
Thorough Inspection
Our licensed wildlife specialist conducts a complete interior and exterior inspection of your property, including the attic, garage, basement, crawlspace, roofline, and foundation. We identify the type of animal, locate all entry points, assess the extent of damage, and determine how long the animals have been present. This inspection is the foundation of everything that follows.
Removal & Trapping
Once we know what we’re dealing with, we implement a removal plan using humane trapping and exclusion methods when possible. Depending on the species and situation, this may include live traps, one-way exclusion devices, or direct removal. We follow all Ohio Department of Natural Resources regulations and ensure that animals are handled safely throughout the process.
Exclusion & Prevention
Removal is only half the job. If we don’t seal the entry points, the problem will come back. Our team repairs and seals all access points — gaps in soffits, uncapped chimneys, damaged vents, holes in foundations, and any other vulnerable areas. We also recommend preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of future wildlife activity on your property.
Wildlife Types
North Central Ohio Wildlife We Handle
North Central Ohio is home to a wide range of wildlife that can find its way into your home or business. Here are the most common animals we deal with and the problems they cause.
Raccoon Removal
Raccoons are among the most destructive wildlife pests in North Central Ohio. Intelligent and adaptable, they’ve learned to thrive in suburban neighborhoods, and your attic, chimney, or crawlspace is the perfect den site. Raccoons gain entry by ripping through soffits, tearing off vent covers, and exploiting gaps in rooflines — and once inside, they cause serious damage fast.
Raccoon droppings can carry raccoon roundworm, a parasite dangerous to humans and pets. They’re also known carriers of rabies and canine distemper. Beyond health risks, raccoons tear apart insulation, damage ductwork, and contaminate attics with urine and feces. The longer they’re in your home, the more extensive — and expensive — the damage becomes.
360 Pest Solutions provides safe raccoon trapping and removal, followed by complete exclusion to seal entry points and prevent return. We also address any contamination left behind.

Bat Removal & Exclusion
Bats are one of the most common and challenging wildlife issues in Ohio. Colonies can establish themselves in attics, wall voids, and behind shutters, and a single colony can grow to dozens or even hundreds of bats over time. Bats can squeeze through a gap as small as 3/8 of an inch, making exclusion work highly specialized.
The primary health concern with bats is histoplasmosis, a respiratory disease caused by a fungus that grows in bat guano. Large accumulations of droppings in an attic pose a serious health risk and require professional cleanup. Bats are also potential rabies carriers, though transmission to humans is rare.
Ohio law protects certain bat species, which means removal must be done correctly and at the right time of year. Our team holds advanced NWCOA certifications in bat standards and structural bat management. We use one-way exclusion devices that allow bats to leave but prevent re-entry, followed by a complete sealing of all access points.
Squirrel Removal
Squirrels are persistent and destructive. They chew through wood siding, soffits, and fascia boards to access attics, and once inside, they gnaw on wiring, tear apart insulation, and store food caches that attract other pests. A squirrel in the attic isn’t just a nuisance — the chewed wiring creates a genuine fire hazard.
Squirrel removal requires an understanding of their behavior and access patterns. We use a combination of live trapping and one-way exclusion doors, then seal all entry points with materials squirrels can’t chew through. We also trim back overhanging branches that provide easy rooftop access.

Skunk Removal
Skunks commonly den under porches, decks, sheds, and concrete stoops. Beyond the obvious odor problem, skunks can carry rabies and their digging damages lawns and landscaping. They’re also a concern for pet owners, as a defensive spray can cause intense irritation and temporary blindness in dogs.
We trap and remove skunks, without triggering a spray when possible. After removal, we seal the denning area and implement prevention measures to keep skunks from returning.
Groundhog Removal
Groundhogs — also known as woodchucks — are common across North Central Ohio and create extensive burrow systems that can undermine foundations, damage retaining walls, and destroy gardens. Their burrows can have multiple entrances and extend several feet underground, creating trip hazards and structural concerns.
360 Pest Solutions provides live trapping and removal of groundhogs, followed by assessment and repair of any burrow damage near your foundation or structures.

Opossum Removal
Opossums are nocturnal scavengers that often set up residence under porches, in garages, or in crawlspaces. While they’re generally less destructive than raccoons, they can carry fleas, ticks, and other parasites into your living space. They also raid trash and pet food, creating ongoing nuisance issues.
We trap and remove opossums and seal the access points they’re using to prevent them — or other animals — from moving back in.
Muskrat Removal
Pigeons, starlings, and sparrows frequently nest in vents, soffits, warehouse rafters, and building overhangs. Bird droppings are corrosive, create slip hazards, and can carry diseases including histoplasmosis and salmonella. Nesting material in dryer or exhaust vents creates fire hazards and blocks airflow.
We remove nesting birds and install deterrents including vent covers, netting, and exclusion barriers. For commercial properties with significant bird pressure, we design ongoing management programs.

Rodents: Where Pest Control Meets Wildlife
Mice and rats occupy a unique space between traditional pest control and wildlife management. They’re the most common reason people hear noises in their walls and attics, and they’re often the first sign that your home has entry points that larger wildlife can exploit. Rodents also attract predators like snakes and raccoons to your property.
Because 360 Pest Solutions handles both pest control and wildlife, we address rodent issues as part of a complete approach — trapping, exclusion, sanitation, and monitoring. Most wildlife-only companies can’t treat a mouse problem, and most pest-only companies can’t handle the raccoon that followed the mice in. We do both.

Why Choose 360 Pest Solutions?
The Wildlife Removal Advantage Others Can’t Offer
Licensed by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources
Wildlife removal in Ohio requires specific licensing. We hold an active ODNR wildlife control permit (ODA-17-138) and follow all state regulations for humane trapping (when possible), handling, and exclusion.
Advanced NWCOA Certifications
Our team holds multiple certifications from the National Wildlife Control Operators Association, including Bat Standards Certified, Certified Structural Bat Management Professional, Advanced Wildlife Control Operator, and Certified Wildlife Control Operator. These are credentials most local competitors don’t carry.
Pest Control + Wildlife Under One Roof
This is our biggest advantage. When raccoons tear into your attic, they often bring fleas and ticks with them. When you have a snake in your basement, it’s because you have mice. Other companies solve one problem and send you elsewhere for the rest. We solve everything — wildlife, insects, and rodents — with one team.
Safe Methods, Permanent Solutions
We believe in handling wildlife safely while protecting your property completely. Our exclusion work doesn’t just remove the current animals — it seals your home so the next one can’t get in.
Local Technicians, Fast Response
Wildlife emergencies don’t wait for business hours. Our technicians live in the communities they serve, which means faster response times when you need help now.
30+ Years of Experience
We’ve handled every type of wildlife situation North Central Ohio can throw at us. From a single groundhog to a colony of 200 bats, our team has the experience and equipment to resolve it.
Common Signs of Wildlife Problems
Not Sure What’s Living in Your Home? Here’s What to Look For.
- Scratching or thumping noises in the attic, walls, or ceiling — especially at night or early morning. Raccoons and squirrels are the most common culprits.
- Droppings in the attic, garage, basement, or near entry points. Droppings vary by species: small and rice-shaped (mice), larger and dark (rats), pellet-like (bats), or segmented (raccoons).
- Chew marks or damage on soffits, fascia boards, vents, or wiring. Squirrels and rodents chew constantly, and the damage is often visible from outside.
- Unusual odors from the attic, walls, or crawlspace. A strong ammonia smell may indicate bat guano or rodent urine. A musty or rotting smell may indicate a deceased animal.
- Grease marks or rub marks along walls, baseboards, or around holes. Rodents and raccoons leave oily residue along their regular travel paths.
- Damaged insulation or nesting material in the attic. Animals tear apart insulation to create nests and the mess compounds over time.
- Animals on your roof or around your foundation at dawn or dusk. If you’re seeing raccoons, squirrels, or opossums regularly around your home’s exterior, they may already be living inside.
- Digging or burrows near the foundation, under porches, or in the yard. Groundhogs, skunks, and opossums create burrow systems that can undermine structures.
